I would recommend Arash Law to anyone who has recently been in a car accident. The whole team is amazing and extremely professional. Thank you Mayra, Greg, Danny and everyone else who helped me get a fair settlement for the first accident I’ve ever had.

My case is still pending so this rating could possibly be better. The reason for the low rating is because I was assigned a case manager who's communication and follow through was horrible. Most times when I called, due to periods of no communication on her part, I was told she was unavailable but then she would not return my calls. I felt I had to call because she would not respond to my texts on the messaging line that she provided. Multiple times I would message and would not hear back for over a week to finally get a response that she had not received my message, which seemed like incompetence. Twice when scheduling or finding medical facilities to treat my injuries, I would wait weeks for the medical office to call , only to find out after I initiated the call that they had not received the referral from my case manager or were not provided the proper information to move forward with scheduling appointments. I don't know if this is typical but after completing all treatment I had to wait 3 months for my case manager to collect all bills and records. I asked her why this is taking so long and she responding that she is waiting for the providers to send the records and there is nothing she can do. So I called the the office that had not sent over the records and they said they are waiting on my case manager to provide information in order to send over my records. My case has now moved on to the next phase with difference case handlers and the communication has already improved. I have had no reason to call or message because the communication is initiated from the their office. Hopefully this continues and if so I will change this rating.
