I found myself in a situation where I needed immediate clarification on a topic. There were several moms in a local group who had recommended Melissa. I, simply, reached out to inquire about consultations, gave a brief description of what I was going through, and ended with my actual question. Melissa, graciously, took the time out of her day to respond to me right away. Now, remind you, I am a complete stranger, and this is not common practice, at least in my experience. I am very grateful she took the time to respond and provide me with the clarification I needed. I would work with Melissa in the future and will refer anyone to her. Great experience!
