Scammers is the worst place in Roosevelt. They stole $5,000 from me, never did anything, and then abandoned the case without informing me. They don't take responsibility for anything. They send you to the owner's son, who doesn't even know what the case is about. They just want your money and won't do a good job or achieve anything they promise during the first appointment.

My experience with this law firm was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, communication was poor: my calls were not returned, and it was very difficult to speak with anyone responsible for my case. My Form I-360 was denied in October 2023. The appeal filed by the firm was also dismissed in March 2024, primarily because the documents were submitted late by their office. Despite this, they led me to believe for almost two years that my case was still “in process” or “on hold,” when in reality it had already been closed. This lack of transparency, negligence, and mismanagement seriously affected my immigration status and my emotional well-being. I paid for a service that was not provided adequately, and I received neither results nor honest information. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking serious and responsible handling of their immigration case.
