We hired a contractor to side our home in May of 2024. Unfortunately we felt the company breached the contract due to concerns regarding specific installation requirements. After much consideration we opted to contact an attorney to advise us. Opon our first visit with John, he laid out several avenues to consider to resolve the dispute, and the pros and cons of each. In an effort to avoid a possible long and expensive court battle we elected to have John attempt to negotiate a settlement agreement with the contractor. After several months of negotiations John was able to reach, what we believe, was a fair settlement with the contractor. John kept us informed with any updates, used his time judiciously to keep costs reasonable, and was responsive when we reached out with questions.
