Had been referred to them to handle a medical malpractice from 5/24 for my daughter. After two years of contacting them through emails that took forever to get a response. The statute of limitations for her case ends in two month.. I just now got a letter stating they do not want to pursue her case.. a letter.. no phone calls..a letter This office had so many people handing this and then they “no longer work there” etc They wasted 2 years on this case and now they do not want to pursue it, leaving no time really to go anywhere else because of the statute of limitations I was never called with questions ( I have been an RN for 35 years and definitely know medical malpractice when I see it). Just totally deflated right now the way this was handled and how impersonal it was.

If I could give them a zero I would. Anytime I would call to check in on the status of my case or even if I had a case they would pursue they seemed annoyed to talk to me and always rushed me off the phone. It took them 16 months to finally call me to tell me they didn’t feel the case was worth pursuing. I understand they are busy but why would it take them over a year just to say no we’re not moving forward. All I ask is please do better, it doesn’t take that long for a “no”.

Would not do a thing for my wife whose knee requires a complete replacement due to a misdiagnosis; my wife has gone through 2 years of unnecessary pain due to this misdiagnosis. Told my wife it wasn't "catastrophic enough". What they meant was, "we weren't rich enough to bother with"

I spent many hours researching for an experienced and competent medical malpractice law group. I wanted a firm that would listen to me, talk to me, and fight for me! My research led me to the Arfaa Law Group. I would like to highly recommend this law firm if you are looking at a potential medical malpractice injury claim. I did learn that the process that I would need to go through would not be fast but thorough and I definitely wanted thorough! The pace of this process is not at all slowed by the attorneys, Julia and Justin but by the enormous amount of paperwork that needs to be retrieved, reviewed, filed with the court system and discussed with all the parties involved on both sides of the table including the Dr. appointments that need to be scheduled, zoom meetings, etc. I found Julia and Justin and their staff to be very empathetic to what I was going through medically. Their concern for my health certainly made me feel that I had chosen the right law group. Actually, they feel more like family than my attorneys. My wife has stage 4 colon cancer, this is a medical neglect case due to her primary care dr. Being so passive of her symptoms for a period of 2 yrs... I personally research and found Arfaa Law Group to represent my wife's case... its been over a year now and these people do not call Orin contact with us at all. We have called them throughout the year ourselves to find out what is going on and actually feel that we bother them to find out anything bc its the fact that we have to call ourselves. And don't get me wrong we wait for months before we come to a decision to call and just check in. We've never spoke to Julia Arfaa herself always a legal advisor of some sort. We don't even know if there is actually a case yet. Never have been even to the office for anything. We always get the same answer that they are waiting for my wife's records to come in, my wife has even offered to get the records herself for them. I mean cmon its been over a year pretty ridiculous. I am regretting researching and coming across this law group to take on my wife's case for her.
