First of all and most importantly, Karl was available. He did require a membership or a pre-qualification, he was available. On a weekend no doubt!! Now, with that said, he took the time to listen to my wife's situation and took on our case. As team professional over the road drivers, we had to have her ticket dismissed to continue our career together. Karl was able to get the hearing expedited, and was able to get the ticket dismissed. I contacted Karl for a red light ticket. He was very personable, humble, and we talked about travel and other things. Not the stereotypical lawyer arrogance and aggressive attitude.
