I called this morning regarding a workman's compensation case. The receptionist was very rude and interrupted me multiple times. All she had to say was that I needed to fill out a questionnaire and she would hand it off to lawyers. I couldn't even get general questions answered. I couldn't even form a sentence before being interrupted and her replying again you need to fill out a questionnaire. She's obviously having a bad morning

You're intake consultant, Dennis Kurth, was the kindest, most compassionate, most informative person I encountered from all my Workman's Compensation inquiries. I contacted other law offices and never received a response. I talked to other intake consultants and they were cold and non-empathetic. They couldn't answer my questions because they were just taking my information and had no knowledge of the subject matter. Or, wouldn't provide information because it was considered "legal advice" I had never been in a situation where I had a WC event. I was referred to Mr. Montrose by another attorney. He represented me in a work injury in which I was not receiving any benefits nor communication. I hired Mr. Montrose to represent me and things turned around for me. My medical was covered and I soon received compensation dating back to my injury. Mr. Montrose saw that all I was eligible for I received. We are now at a point where I have a permanent dollar amount I will receive until I make over my past wage at the time of my injury. But he did consult me not to settle for a final dollar amount because there was a good chance that any future needed surgeries, as I am not fully recovered, would not be paid by any future insurance because of my work related injury. He is very knowledgeable in worker compensation laws and I highly recommend him for anyone needing an attorney.
