I fell in a convenience store, the floor was messed up and there was no visible signage anywhere. My radius and ulna in my left wrist were broken and the center part of my wrist was shattered. I hired Armstrong Law and they have been so kind and helpful. The insurance company representative was not at all helpful or anything. Said I have a falling history, blah blah blah. Lowballed through the whole process. But they fought for me. And got a higher amount.

I highly recommend Armstrong Law, Melissa and Warren help guide me through the process and it took sometime but they did it!! 1000000/10 Wonderful staff!!

Professional through the entire process! I could not state one negative thing about Warren or his assistant Melissa. Not once did I ever have to contact them for any reason because they were on top of everything and kept me in the loop from start to finish. After sharing my whole story...and told not to talk to anyone else, and that I'd hear back from them later that day or the next..I didn't hear back until I called to follow up..then recivied a text saying sorry they couldn't help..no clarity no clear understanding as to why. Very dissapointed. And I see your reply below. But no way to respond.. I did reach out and was simply told "we cant help you". I will try this email and see if there is a different response.🤷‍♀️

I was recommended by my son. I thought it was going to be a long drawn out process. Myself and my granddaughter was in an accident in August 2024, went through treatments and our case was settled pretty fast April 2025 just 8 months and I got the max of the other drivers insurance which I was surprised because usually they try to low bald you but Armstrong law went to work and got me the maximum I could get and my 9 year old granddaughter received a good amount also. This law firm was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. After many conversations with my case manager it was like talking on the phone with a family member. She was very caring and would call or text me just to see how I was feeling and would offer if I needed anything just call her. I fell in love with this law firm andwill recommend them to everyone I know if they are ever in an accident call Armstrong Law. They will take care of you like you’re their own family!

I am writing this review to warn potential clients about my extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with this law office. After initially taking on my case and sending a formal letter of demand to the defendant, my attorney abruptly withdrew from representation — without providing any explanation, and before critical next steps such as depositions and mediation had even begun. This sudden withdrawal came without adequate notice or justification, and left me unrepresented at a crucial point in my case — which could have severely impact legal rights. It is my understanding that ethical standards require attorneys to provide proper notice, safeguard client interests, and return the full case file — none of which was done in my situation.

From the first phone call to the very last call any questions were answered! They helped me thru a very trying time and helped me with anything that I needed! Would highly recommend my outcome was better than I could have imagined! Please give them a chance too help you as well!
