My wife is correct in her review of this firm. Do not waste your time or hard earned money on this firm especially with R. Kim Burnette and Paul Wehmeier. The first letter states that we were being bullied along with some other items. Then it went down from there. We record everything. R. Kim Burnette and Paul Wehmeier got caught by their own words. The only way out was to get rid of us which was fine as they didn't do anything except try to push us, TN residents, to sell to Anthony/Lynette Caliendo, Floridians not nor ever will beTN residents as he is supposedly a realtor, under fair market value to get this "to go away". Not a chance. Paul Wehmeier couldn't even get our name right. Paul Wehmeier called Anthony Caliendo my name John Apgar in every conversation. Paul Wehmeier stated videos are blurry/grainy so he does not use them (recorded conversation). Does this look blurry/grainy? Nope. All our recordings and security footage are clear. Jerrold L. Becker even put the HOA president Bob Smith listed as such in a motion of contempt he filed on behalf of his client Caliendo. That is against HOA law, yet they did nothing. I am a Vietnam Vet-never asked for much but you could atleast get my name right as I fought for this country, freedom, and what it represents.
