I contacted this firm for a simple update of our Wills, POA's, and Living Wills, which were done with them in 2001. I was told the charge would be $400 for both including a $100 discount. I was also told that the firm no longer has copies of our documents which is why a total redraft would have to be done. While I was considering my options, I received another email from the firm stating that Mr. Arnett would not "be able to help you in this matter," and that I need to find another attorney. Based on TRUST issues and unprofessionalism, I DO NOT RECOMMEND Arnett Law Office. I feel that being asked to pay $400 for NEW documents when the firm should have maintained copies of our original ones, was totally unethical.
