I received Mr. Arnold from the public defenders office for a domestic and I am quite happy with the results. Although it took a year, and some money, I’m glad to have it all behind me.

Mr Arnold and his law firm provided expert legal assistance during my divorce process. Mr Arnold was professional and empathetic. He communicated and explained the different options and legal procedures in an accessible language. Amber was very supportive during the entire process. I strongly recommend this team.

If anyone needs good attorney’s I 100 percent recommend Mr. Bailey and Mr. Kirkland. I was put in a very stressful situation and they both put me at ease the day I met them. They both are very kind, thorough, and professional. If there is a time that they are both unavailable their assistants Amber and MJ are quick to answer any questions right away. If they can’t answer it right then you hear back the next day. I hope I don’t ever need attorneys again but if I do I’ll know where to go. I retained Mr. Greg Bailey for a legal matter and he made everything very clear and easy. Amber, his legal assistant, was also very helpful.

I hired Mr. Bailey in July/August 2023. Before our first hearing, I had only spoken to him for maybe 5 minutes on the phone — I hadn’t even met him in person. Somehow I was expected to summarize 10 years of evidence and history in a 10-minute chat right before court. He walked into that courtroom not knowing a thing about me or my case. In November, I asked for an in-person meeting so I could feel like I had some kind of support or confidence that he actually understood the situation. I was told I could schedule a phone call instead. Again, totally impersonal. I had years of documentation and serious concerns to share, and trying to explain the gravity of it all over the phone just didn’t cut it. Hearing after hearing was delayed. After nearly a year of "fighting," nothing changed. Then, just 6 weeks later, my daughter’s father was arrested for the same charges I had been warning about and fighting over in court. I contacted Mr. Bailey’s office to inform them, and the response? It’ll be another $2,500 to proceed. After already paying $2,500 (plus another $1,500+ to the Guardian ad Litem), I was shocked. I had paid $4,000 and got nowhere. This year, I went back to court alone, no lawyer — just a determined momma bear. And I won. I got 100% full custody. So here’s my advice: Don’t waste your money on Mr. Bailey. You’ll feel like you’re fighting alone the whole time, you might as well actually be. (Also I never received an invoice or anything after the final hearing. They just kept the whole 2,500 which I still to this day do not see how that was used up. But I had a feeling if I reached out about it they'd write something up and somehow have me owe them MORE money so I let it go. Also I had completely paid my $2500 retainer fee and received an email one day that I needed to pay the remaining 2k balance before the next hearing if I wanted Mr. Bailey to represent me. Of course my heart dropped because I came in and paid cash. They ended up figuring it out but to call me and pretty much say yeah we have no trace of you paying us 2k is CRAZY. Just stay away and save yourself a headache.)

When seeking legal assistance, you hope for guidance and clarity from the professionals you consult. Recently, I reached out to this Law Firm regarding my case. After an initial contact, I was simply told by the firm to contact a different law firm. While I understand that not every case is a fit for every practice, no reason was given for this referral. This lack of explanation was quite unhelpful and left me feeling dismissed. It's challenging to move forward or understand if there was an issue with my case, their specialization, or something else entirely, when you're simply pointed elsewhere without context. For individuals looking for legal representation, I would recommend finding a firm that offers more transparency and provides at least a brief explanation if they are unable to assist you directly. Clear communication, even when referring out, can make a significant difference during a time when clients are often seeking direction and understanding.

What an awesome firm!!! This firm is absolutely amazing. I was lucky enough to have Mr LeFevre represent me in a divorce proceeding this guy was very knowledgeable and presented his case very respectfully.
