I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arnold & Aikins. My case was settled more than eight months ago for $400,000, yet i still have not received my final settlement funds. I was told I would receive no less than $85,000 and only received a $5,000 advance so far. despite repeated attempts to get updates, the delay continues with little explanation. clients deserve transparency, communication, and timely distribution of settlement funds. i hope this review encourages the firm to address this matter promptly and improve how they communicate with their clients.
