Great experience with Arnold & Smith as they helped me get my mom's cases settled after I had to take over her finances due to an unexpected health emergency. They communicated the steps of the process and successfully got her a hardship dismissal. Thank you again to Benji, Riley and the rest of the team.

This is the worst company. I signed up with them July 2025 so they could take care of my debt. Paying monthly. They said they would take care of everything and I didn't have to worry about anything. Then I get a notice my debt went to collections. They said they'd take care of it. Fast forward to March 2026, and I'm being sued by my bank for the debt. And now arnold and smith has no records of my account or payments. Then why is money being taken out monthly from them? This company is most likely a scam and they should burn in hell. I'll probably be suing them once I figure out this other law suit that shouldn't have happened because they shouldve been taking care of it.

My experience with this law firm has been horrible id give them zero stars if I could. The only thing they would tell me is how I need to give JG Wentworth an extra 300 a month after they got me sued and when I asked them to pay the money from the 500 a month I was already paying JG for the account my handler told me that he can drop it to an extra 150 a month and that he will not question JG and that I need to just give them more money. I get that they’re paying them but all I’ve been asking for is why can’t they pay the debt with the part of the money that was in the contract to pay the debt with

I must say that Logan Adkisson and Alina Silva were both so great. They were quite professional as well as friendly and their knowledge was very impressive, making me feel exceptionally cared for

They had tried to reach me multiple times. Never left a message. JGW did not notify me that there would be a law firm reaching out to help with debt. They changed my mailing address to there's. The only reason I found out was Chase Journey notified me of a address change. I tried calling them as in the lawyers. No answer. You are given another number to call if you need help. No answer. To me it sounds like a scam. Arnold & Smith are fake. If you go to there website. All the photos of so called employees look to be photoshopped

They changed my credit card address to theirs without my knowledge or permission. I have never contacted them for any services but found they had done this. This should be punishable by law! I have been experiencing issues using my card but di not know why until a few days ago. I ordered a pizza and was told the zip did not match, I immediately called my credit card company and found they had done this over a month ago. No emails or anything explaining this. Now I am attempting to correct it and will follow up with a call to there office.

I was told By JGW that if it ever came down to being subpoenaed that the lawyer that I pay $15.99 a month to, will be able settlement the debt down to a reasonable amount. Well this happened and they did not the got it down a whole $250. From what I owed. The communication with the first person was horrible. They are in Oklahoma I am in California, they called me several times at 7am or 7:15am I am getting out of the shower getting ready for work. Come on. The did work out a plan to pay the $250 court fees & divide that up into 3 payments but eventually ended up charging me the $250 and said the will not credit it back, so I went to my bank to report it. For the settlement the other guy made it so complicated, so convoluted. He would not acknowledge that my payments were 2 times a month, he said they were biweekly. Then said to me that biweekly or bimonthly payments does not matter, it isnot important. Well when you are on the budget I am on & you are telling me you are increasing my already bimonthly to what to me sounds like biweekly yo 250 more than I am paying then yep it's important. It took him 2 weeks or more to finally put it down without anything extra what my by-monthly payments would be increased to, finally the the figure is would be paying, not what is going to be paid to this part or towards this fee. Just how much I need to scrape up to pay yo get this resolved. They did nothing special, they did not go and get this negotiated to a better price All in all between JGW, their 22% fee on resolved debt and this company resolving this i am paying about the same for the amount of debt just to different people in fees. Some of JGW fees for one resolved creditor have been $1100
