Art Guzman and his staff were so wonderful to me during such a horrible time in my life. Art was professional, positive and very accommodating. I would highly recommend him.

I would not advise anyone to come see Mr Guzman. Just seeing the stress he caused my father in prolonging his case in a divorce. Not to mention the level of unprofessionalism when it comes to something as simple as following up about the case. He is not a man of his words. He told my father a plan of action that was going to take place then when he met with my father it changed and just told my dad he would have to pay another fee. They repeatedly requested the same paperwork from my father, when he had already sent that sensitive information via email that was provided to him. I mean, they should have record or a file with all that information. My dad is retired and on a fixed income and has wasted money on this attorney with no action taken place for about a little over a year.

Art has been mine, my father, family, family friends of mine, and not to mention others I know of, lawyer since I can remember of the age of 14 or so. I am now in my 40’s and I can honestly say in short words. This guy goes above and beyond for you. He takes his job very very very serious and won’t B.S. you. Keep it real with him and he will for sure keep it real with you and have your back throughout the whole ordeal you may be facing in your life at the time. You will not be disappointed with the outcome of having him as your lawyer. Of course he could not do it all by himself. He has an amazing secretary that keeps him organized and on point. He would be lost without Emilia. She is his backbone through it all and such a big help for him and those who walk through his door needing his expertise. With her mannerisms along with her true and no holding back realness. Them two make a good team. Paid thousands of dollars 💵 to get my kids returned back to there mother. A year later he pulls out we did a de novo and he reset it five times just to make sure that he got payments Paid all that money couldn't even get the kids mom back in the house with them and still wanted another $2,000. No good I would recommend anybody else but this guy everybody wants to talk about rights but never the wrongs and we were done wrong by this guy

I originally hired Art when my sons dad was trying to break into my house and threatening me and my new partner, he was able to get a protective order for me and my son. However, when we went to court to settle the custody agreements, he requested thousands of more dollars at the courts before we could proceed I was unable to pay and represented myself in the agreement. The agreement was not what I wanted so I went back to court with Art after filling his retainer again and he did absolutely nothing and gave me the runaround. So here I am $6000 down with nothing done. My son is not in a good situation and he could care less.

I had a great experience in having dealt with Mr Guzman. He's straight, up front, no smoke or mirrors-just honest legal advice and representation.
