I broke my hip May 1, 2022 and Kristen Taft is the defense attorney and also a Broker with this firm. My lawyer Gretchen Hall has been trying to close my case for a while now. Kristen Taft has ignored my lawyer's email's and phone calls for 4 months. I've lost my house, car and my lively hood since this injury at work. This law firm doesn't care about what happens to someone who isn't their client, so if they have that mentality, how can they care about anyone except themselves and the firm. I've lived on the streets and shelters. This claim settlement won't make me rich but, it'll help me get on my feet with my family. The arrogance that my lawyer and I have experienced is rooted deeply in this firm. Don't get me wrong, we have only dealt with Kristen Taft but, the saying goes! Birds of a feather flaps together! I would be very wary of this lawfirm for anything they offer!
