Poorly communicative and uncommitted, he treats cases as if they were routine, and I think he should be more professionally and humanistically committed. I only found out about everything I had to do at the last minute, and even in court, my expressions suggested that I wasn't properly informed about the decisions or consequences of my case. Personally, I didn't feel comfortable with my representation, regardless of the decision. I believe that the lawyer representing me should provide the necessary knowledge about the process at all times, in order to make the client feel safe and confident that everything will turn out successfully. I was picked up for my first DWI and felt very lost and scared and didn't know who to turn to. I called a friend and Arthur came highly recommended and did not disappoint. From our initial phone conversation, our first meeting, up to prepping me for my court date I felt comfortable and confident. He was very knowledgeable, straight to the point, thoughtful, and trustworthy. I am very pleased with the outcome, the process was very quick and Thorough. Staff is very unprofessional. Mr. Martinez would tell me one thing and then tell his client completely the opposite. was not impressed at all and will never use him again or refer him to anyone. He did not even help his client to write a letter to the judge, so he did and then he never even gave it to the judge. Told his client that I was harassing him and was not true at all, I even have the proof that it was not true. Just very unprofessional.
