We lost our house 2 days after Helene to a fire. Our insurance company immediately started to do everything they could to minimize our claim. They lied and minimized from the day of the fire and we realized we would not be able to navigate the situation on our own. Asheville Legal was recommended to us and Jake got us more compensation from the insurance company by far than if we had tried to do it without help. The insurance company lied and played games and he called them on all of it. His attention to detail and knowledge allowed us to get what were insured for (and due) and not what the insurance company tried to give us. I want to add that this same insurance company was just heavily censured in front of congress because of the lies and games it played with Helene victims in this area.
