We are trying to get a copy of my husband's mom's will that has passed away. The receptionist we have spoken to has been so rude and has told us my husband isn't on the will and can't give it to us. This is untrue, his name is all over the will. When we asked what does she mean we were told the representative has to get in contact with them and HUNG UP ON US! What the hell? Didn't even let us ask questions nor let us ask if it's possible they are looking at the wrong will for some one by the same name? Nope. Just hung up. My stomach is in knots as it's important we get this document. Disgusted in how we were treated.
