If I could give zero stars, I would, the man was trying to tell me that because I am not in a position for any type of legal recourse a.k.a. I don’t have to come out of pocket with my union benefits for him to do anything that there’s nothing for me to do in a tenant right issue where I’m trying to be forcibly removed because I’m asking for roaches to be removed by a licensed professional under DEC law. I asked him multiple times to give me confirmation of the laws and codes I was sighting was correct and the lawyer was more interested in arguing with me and pushing me off on a state department then just giving me the answers that I Absolutely appalling experience I would not recommend him to anyone.

Mike Assaf and the entire team at Assaf and Siegel are exceptional. No one likes to discuss divorce, much less talk about it after the fact. However, I must make an exception because Mike and his team stood by me for many years while the divorce proceedings ran their arduous course. Mike was available by phone 24/7, even when he was out of the country. There were so many times when I wanted to throw in the towel because of sheer exhaustion from it all, but Mike and his wonderful colleague, Marissa, convinced me to hang in there and in the end, they were right. I wish you peace during this process.

I cannot express how much I appreciated the professionalism of David Siegal, Katrina Davis , and Rene Thrane in helping me through my separation agreement and my divorce. David answered all of my questions and was extremely supportive. I had some follow up questions and spoke with Rene at length and she was extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. I dealt mainly with the paralegal, Rene and Marissa, they were both wonderful to work with. They were thorough and concise. All of the questions that I had were answered quickly. They know their stuff.

David segal is totally corrupt. I paid him over $30,000 and the minute we settled he turned to me and whispered “ you’d better marry a rich man because you’re not going to make it.” He’ll take you for your money but could care less about you.

BEWARE, Michael Assaf should not have a license to practice law he is unprofessional. He is a liar!! Even though he has the facts! He submits false documentation to the court knowing that they are false !! Hopefully soon the law is going to catch up with him!!! And he will be disbarred!!! Save money!!
