Unfortunately, I have to share my opinion about this legal service. It's terrible. I've been dealing with these lawyers for a year now, and I've never received a single call from a responsible attorney with any updates on my case. I've always been the one calling to ask for information, and they always tell me the same thing: "It's in process." But I think it's been forgotten because there's no progress whatsoever in my case. I'm truly disappointed. They make promises every time you call them, but they never deliver.
