Was not satisfied. Took 7 months to settle a small car accident case and was told my daughters injuries wasn’t worth more than she’s getting. Mr. Whaley himself said this is me and my daughter. He didn’t fight for her cause cause of his personal feelings about her injuries and the fact that she is only 20 years old. Would never recommend this attorney

Called and ask for a call back still waiting 3 weeks later But if I would have had a car accident wold have called me

They’ve actually been a lot better . My case isn’t done yet but Fay always returns calls and checks to make sure everything is ok. So that’s a plus. If my settlement is good then 5stars LBVS

Wasn't satified with services.

I was actually referred here by a friend, and i must say, i shouldve went back to my old Attorney. Not once did i speak to Aaron or anyone working on my case. Their communication is horrible. i will never hire them nor suggest them to anyone. NO return phone calls, no help wirth getting my car repaired. But im sure they'll be expect 33% of my settlement .
