Had my first consulatation with Mr. Brotherton. He seemed very nice and he definitely knows his laws. He’s worked in Iredell Country for a long time. He’s also worked wonders for others-so I’ve seen and heard....

After an unexpected license check stop, while visiting family, I was unfortunately charged with a DUI. The situation was terrifying for me, and a neighbor suggested contacting Allen Brotherton. I left a message the next morning, and Allen reached out within an hour. He was very reassuring and calming. The wheels of justice turn very slowly, and over the next 15 months, he was right there for several postponed court appearances as well as information of how I could get my license to drive reinstated in my home state. He reviewed the police footage and spotted several discrepancies with the stop. The day of my trail, his professionalism, and understanding of moving violation law proved for a very good case in my favor. However, his ace in the hole was a fact of the roadside sobriety test that he had uncovered. That fact, along with Allen's knowledge of the law and his skills as a lawyer, got me a NOT guilty judgment. For this, I will be eternally grateful.
