Attorney Bobbie L. Marsh - Disability Lawyer

I don't know what going on with my case im confused and everything has been complicating . My appeal was filed after 60 days late . I got a notice today stating for a good cause and said they got no reason as to why it late .I talked to someone last week that said they sent out why it late for a good cause but the paper stating they never got a reason why .if not my hearing will be dismissed and just appealed. I have done everything on my part all the paper work myself I don't even understand what going on .I have been with other law firms before but never went through anything like this .I feel like I been let down in lied to the whole time.

Seems like a scam so far. Cannot get a call back from her and it has been over a MONTH since I requested a call from her. Her assistant Matthew even admitted that the office makes mistakes large enough to mess up cases like they just did with me about and I quote "once a month." Very dissatisfied with the lack of service I am receiving. They got their name on my case and then abandoned me. I was just informed that they had me do the filling myself and that was something they take care of for clients. My name is Justin and I really wanted to clear this up with Ms. Marsh personally but assistant or intern or whatever title Matthew is doesn't convey messages. And says she'll call you sometime next week just like the last time and that's been over a month.

Matthew was extremely helpful, answered any questions I had, and the conversation was wonderful overall!

Mrs.Marsh is great. You can't go wrong with her!
