Attorney David Rosenberg

‼️I was taken advantage of by David Rosenberg in 2022. I was in an accident, and "hired" this guy. HUGE MISTAKE! He did what any lawyer would do, got my car fixed, my medical bills covered, and that's it! ❌ NO SETTLEMENT, besides that. ❌ And acted shocked that I would even ask him about compensation fory pain and suffering. Fake dragged on the "discussions" with the at-fault driver's insurance, because he knew that would make me take less money, because I needed my car fixed to get back to work. I only got a rental car for 1-week. I was ignorant of the way it should have been handled. After talking with a different lawyer, I found out that I was basically robbed. When discussing the money matters at the end of the "negotiations" , he uses some strange, and unfamiliar way to do math to add up the money. When I asked him to "do it again" repeatedly, he kept acting like I was retarded and appeared to be fake frustrated, so I would just leave. He even asked, "What more do you want !?" , as if I was in negotiations with him, for the compensation I was owed. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED by me, and the others. I was told that he tried to sue anyone, for "defamation" once they talk about how he does them. Will he try his very best to take advantage of you too? I think so. I believe he prides himself on "getting over" on those ignorant of the law. I was so unsettled by my experience with him, that I had to make this post. I truly hope it helps someone avoid this same costly, and frustrating mistaking. Hiring this snakey guy. You'd be better off talking to the insurance company yourself, rather than getting this guy to do anything for you.

In short David is extremely personable and caring.. He and his legal family will be life long friends.

One of the worst law firms in Kansas City, David Rosenberg has put me in a worse postion after hiring him due to a neglegent driver rearending me at 55mph. I actully would owe debt beacuse of someone else. DO NOT do business with this firm, they will swindle your money. Horrible Ethics. Save your time.. go elsewhere
