This place is very confusing to find, since there is no sign. It looks like an apartment complex. To help others who struggled to find it here is what you need to do. You park in the back of the apartment complex. Then you walk through the courtyard and up the stairs to the front door with a sign that says "Platinum Property Reality". Once inside you can see the sign for his office.
