Someone please tell the switchboard staff that their personalities are absolutely disguisting! I was expecting professionalism and kindess when calling this office. And each time I do, I'm met with nasty women. This isn't Washington D.C., a little humility goes a long way. This office needs a total revamp.

Reported police corruption to them. They can't even investigate it & told me to hire an attorney. How will that stop police misconduct? Absolutely useless AG

Exactly as useless as every other state office in Mississippi.

We need to elect someone in office that is going to listen to the little people. You can file a complaint and/or leave a message and never hear back. MAKE YOUR VOTE COUNT!!!!

They could care less about the consumer. We filed a complaint with the Mississippi Attorney General's Office and never got a response and was given the run around. Seems like they care about big corporations than the consumers

Don’t ever become a victim of a crime because they will not help you. I can’t count how many times I’ve called and got nothing but straight attitudes.

Don't ever call Mississippi State General Office. If you are a citizen are Vulnerable adult. Cause you can't get any kind of help. They don't care who you are. That is a vulnerable adult living in unsafe Conditions at 809 apartments in Jackson, Mississippi. 809 apartments has got more code violations than the law allows, and their is enough at 809 apartments to shut it down permanently. Until it meets the codes and follows the law. Pay $635 a month to live in roaches, rats, mice, and unsafe Conditions. State laws of Mississippi isn't enforced, and Mississippi Vulnerable Protection Act doesn't exist. In order to get anything than done. You have to be in the click with the Mississippi State Attorney General Office.

I would like to take the time and give a shout out to Nakia McLaurin for providing excellent customer service in regards to a phone call with her this morning about American Car Center shuttin down and leaving us consumers in the dark. She was quick to answer my call as well as very informative of the matter that’s going on and even though she didn’t have all of the answers us consumers want to hear today she gave me assurance that this matter is being worked on and guidance on what I need to do as an individual consumer to protect myself in this case.she is awesome and I look forward to speaking with her in the coming weeks to get this situation resolved

My mother(veteran) 87 years old early stage dementia has been getting calls over and over ( preying on her) trying to get her to pay for Amazon. She doesn’t know what Amazon is. Why do we have attorney general if my elderly mother not protected. Time to elect someone to help our seniors

After Lynn Fitch took over. The Mississippi Attorney General Office has turned into a big fat nothing. No serious work is getting done. Just folks taking pictures. I thought women were more honest and had more passion about serving. This office was one of the best ran state government offices and not it is one of the worst ran. BRING BACK JIM HOOD. At least he brought money to the state and he locked up people! Please come back Jim Hood! They have ran this office into a machine for political use.

Wish I could go negative stars. Attorney General are apparently pointless like everything the government manages. Spent an hour on the phone bouncing around from department to department until they said they couldn't help. So glad we have an Attorney General who cares about its resident's....NOT! Looks like I will never be able to move my daughter from the Philippines as this office is who the US Embassy told me to contact. Horrible, horrible. They should all be fired!

They do nothing about complaints. Everyone responsible for this need to be fired. I wonder who can we call about them

I’ve tried my best to get an opinion from the Attorney General’s office based on current law are golf carts allowable vehicles on public roads since they don’t meet state requirements for safety items, tags, and state required insurance, and most have stickers/tags attached starting “Not For Highway Use”. For whatever reason they continue to ignore my request. Another one of those I will just turn my head and maybe it will go away.
