My experience wasn’t really the best because they told me they really couldn’t help anything with my case. But other than that, they were very friendly and welcoming and kind they helped answered my questions and I was confused so I really do appreciate the workers there.

The law affirm responded quickly, and were professional & friendly. My only issue was i hope in the future they can include helping people who had their vehicles severely damaged by DUI drivers, those without insurance, reckless driving, etc. Unfortunately I was not offered assistance because I was not in my vehicle when the incident happened. (My car was hit overnight on the street near my residence, while sleeping)
