She was to collect money for our company on a job we done. She let a real-estate lawyer beat her down. She didn't even get enough money to cover pay roll much less the equipment expenses.

I would highly advise anyone looking to lease a commercial property to use her to protect yourself, those commercial leasing or property management companies are very sneaky and manipulative and it definitely pays to have a attorney that knows every way they attempt to deceive and get it addressed before you sign.
