I have spoken to several attorneys since June 2021 & until I came across Attorney Madeline on TikTok, I can honestly say that I THOUGHT I had officially found the one attorney that was right for the job in Dec 2021. My original review posted in Jan 2022 spoke about how great her & her law firm were but I should have waited for the full experience to write a review so here it is. For one this Law Firm is NOT worth spending your money on. This attorney is always absent with excuses & never calls you back within the timeframe given but yet posts TikTok’s everyday. Traveling without notice to her clients & would only reach out to her clients when its convenient to her. She sweet talks you but then disregards you all together. Talk about being manipulative. I paid her $14,500 in full & she took on my case to then screw me over in the process. After hiring a totally new law firm I have been told how much my 1st attorney (Madeline) did nothing for me on my case even after she got paid to do her job. “Most attorneys are in it for the money not for the case” she expresses but shes one of them 100%. I even had to file a case with the Florida Bar to get my Money returned. After being assigned to my case for 5 months NOTHING was completed. Talk about people doing things only half way. Finally something good despite everything else came out of that. In conclusion NOT worth spending your money or your time. Needed to add this — Attorney Madeline responds to google reviews with no confidentially & unprofessionalism. Caring for your clients & the children involved would suggest that you profoundly did all that was needed in a timley manner to assure the client you are representing has a fair chance to fight in the open case you agreed to represent. Unfortunately the evidence in the court docket shows carelessness on my case from this Attorney. Profound statements & accusations from the new hired assistant created an escalated situation. The new assistant misled Madeline with false allegations & misled the client (me) with misleading information. If this is how clients are treated, spoken to or responded to by the assistant & by the Attorney herself then Attorney Madeline is not worth the expense in my opinion. This is simply to inform others of my experience. No need for confidentiality to be broken by an Attorney registered with the Florida Bar in a google review response. Good Luck to all those willing to proceed with Attorney Madeline. Everyone has different experiences.

If you want an attorney that takes your money, is unresponsive and does absolutely nothing for your case then hire her! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Just the way she responds to very valid reviews is very unprofessional of her. Everybody that leaves a bad review she responds with "you were disrespectful and we will not tolerate that" instead of taking accountability for her horrible service. NEVER RESPONDS BUT IS ALWAYS ON TIKTOK MAKING VIDEOS PROMOTING BUSINESS. RUN AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! HER ASSISTANTS ARE LIARS AS WELL. HORRIBLE must say!!

Attorney Madeline is the definition of excellence and compromise. She did the impossible in my case and I can sincerely say I am extremely pleased with the way she handled everything with professionalism and timely. It is a shame to have this Dominican 🇩🇴, as a lawyer, a defeated candidate for the mayor of Vega Baja in PR. In my divorce case she knew she couldn't do anything, because of how incompetent she is, however she continued charging me money and giving false hope, until she consumed ALL the money I paid her and then she withdrew from the case, without doing her job and without any excuse. Pure lack of respect from her and the staff who worked with her when she intended to litigate my case. Not good at all!!!! It's a disaster 🙄🙄🙄, Nothing professional. This Dominican 🇩🇴 Paints you all pink until she charges you and then tells you that she can't do anything for you and leaves when she has already consumed ALL your money. SHE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, SINCERE, EMPATHIC, RESPONSIBLE AT ALL. Each copy, each Call charges you from the deposit that you have to leave for the case to be taken. I do not recommend this attorney at all. My mother and I we have had the worst experience with this person. She took my mother case and did not do anything at all. She was not able to answering phone calls or keep communication about the case during the entire process. She ended up refusing to continue representing my mother after taking all the money it was paid without finishing the case as we agreed with. She didn't even start the case as we agreed with, not even one update about the case or effective communication. To all my latino community, be careful with this person. This person is embarrassing her own profession by not being professional and unqualified to accomplish high standards of ethic. She even gave my mother by mistake some paperwork of other case, which is absolutely wrong and unethical. As client, I have the constitutional right of freedom of speech and sharing with others my awful experience with this person. She was even a pre-candidate for Vega Baja Mayor, member of Partido Popular Democratico and at the same time having an attorney's web page in Ocala, Florida and also her office. She was defeated by the people of Vega Baja, because they knows how deficient and irresponsable she is. She should be reported to the CEE in PR and also to Florida Bar. What a shame!!
