Don't use her for probate lawyer she tells you to not pay the martgage goes in to foreclosure have to pay fees then don't know how much you're getting back estimates wrong numbers ask the lawyer the real questions how was there 40,000 left in a 30 year mortgage if youre 25 years in it

Update on my review as this is the 2nd time we have used her for a house closing. She was sending emails for us to sign documents and I emailed her back and let her know that I was out of state taking care of my sick Mom. She let me know that there no rush and offered to shut off the reminders. Needelsess to say I forgot about the paperwork and her office called me to let me know that we needed it signed to close on time. We signed the paperwork and closed two days early. First review: We went to Michelle for the closing on our house! She is so easy to work with. Don't hesitate if you are looking for a great lawyer!

Tried calling her yesterday to reach out regarding the sale of a home that she is representing the seller. I left her a msg. The closing was supposed to be 1/31/2024. Waited for a return call never got one. Tried calling her back and she blocked me. Very unprofessional as a Attorney. I have had experiences with Michelle in the past as she was my moms court ordered attorney through probate and it didn't go well. Not sure if this had something to do with her not wanting to communicate with me or not. She is very unprofessional in my opinion and I would never recommend her to anyone trying to utilize her with buying or selling a house. Update on review since last week. Several things have come to play. One Michelle responded to my review however she didn't responded to a professional voice-mail that I left her, instead blocked me. How adult is that or professional on her behalf. All she had to do was pick up phone and say she couldn't speak to me. 2) as the seller's attorney she has failed to have the closing on a timely manner more than 2x because of things she didn't do. She has not returned the real estate or lender phone calls several times and basically has just blown everyone off. I feel as we all do she was very incompetent in communicating and completing this closing on a timely matter and professional matter. Given that would give her a -100 stars. Wouldn't recommend her to represent a 1st grader

Michele has helped me get through bankruptcy and buying a house. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable. She is very good at explaining law to someone who has trouble understanding the basics.
