I've referred my clients to him for workers comp and they were very satisfied. I never asked for a referral fee for any of them. A few years ago, a couple days before Christmas, he put an envelope under my door. It had an unsolicited referral fee of $1800. He's such a generous and professional lawyer. I continue to refer clients to him because I don't practice workers' compensation.

He's an awful attorney. My injury happened two years ago and the whole time he lied to me about what he was doing to help me. He told me he was in contact with my work place I got hurt at for 8 months and I confronted my place of work and they haven't gotten on word from my attorney. When I went to him confused and asked for help as my injuries have gotten worse and have put me in a diabilating position, he proceeded to quit on me and left me with no way to to feed myself or my family. I am still stuck in the same position after two years and worse after working with him. I suggest better representation!

Do not do business with this Attorney he will lead you down the wrong path no matter how hurt you are and it will leave you wondering how to survive when you cant work! He will quit on you in the middle of your case and make bad decisions for his benefits! This leaves people hurt and unable to survive. This is the worst flint Michigan has to offer and I suggest you steer clear of any business interests with this attorney!

This is long overdue but better late than never! Robert was my SSD lawyer and did a fantastic job for me. Not good with social security disability. Added note: while my husband was in court in front of the judge, this attorney spent his time on his phone with another client. Needless to say, my husband was denied and told by the judge not to come back. My husband died 5 months later of his disabilities after trying for 4 years.
