I started my case with Rob last year , his introduction and starting process was very simple and easy but after 5 months he disappeared, became harder to contact and would take days to reply. Eventually I started being contacted by Steven who works for the same firm (Rob didn’t communicate anything about Steven being the one who would help me moving forward) but I ended up dealing with Steven for the remainder of my case. Steven was very friendly, communicated with me through the whole process, replied fast and was the one who handed me my check. My experience was a 5/10 in my opinion … Steven was great.
