Best company ever!!! I have been dealing with Shawna for over two years. She has helped me figure out the best ways to help my start up companies. Very caring and very helpful. She is very professional. I am really grateful for all the help.

Extremely rude and unprofessional office. Watch out for hidden fees too. Dealt directly with Shawna, who used foul language and got extremely defensive when questioned about fees.

Handled all of our organizations filings, from LLC to 501c3, taxes, handled the freaking IRS, bookkeeping etc in addition to corporate issues such as terminations. Shawna was more than just an attorney for us; shes also an education - she taught our Managment for our startup , how to manage and complete all the same tasks (above) she’s doing for us now, so we can do it on our own in the future - Highly recommend.
