I contacted this attorney through my employer's legal plan for a demand letter to retrieve personal property withheld by a former employer. He wrote a good letter and was contacted by my former employer's general counsel, who apparently was willing to cooperate to avoid possible court action. The attorney provided him with the name of a person that could assist me but he did not write it down. He could only guess at the name he had been given by the general counsel, and I could not locate anyone by that name through an internet search. I asked him to follow up to get the information and he stalled, ignoring my numerous emails and texts. I finally got tired of waiting and complained to my company's legal plan. He finally contacted me to report that the legal plan representative spoke with him but advised that he could not get involved in an employment matter. The attorney added that he would see what he could do for me pro bono but that never happened.
