During what I can only describe as one of the most challenging timers of my life {so far) This firm put themselves on my team. I felt included in every aspect of my case and got what is probably the second best outcome I could have gotten, and definitely the best out of the most likely outcomes. They explained everything, answered my questions and I was never alone to deal with any of this. Thanks and I Highly recommend if you need a lawyer call them first.

I truly cannot thank Nick enough for his exceptional support and dedication. From the very first day, he was honest, attentive, and fully committed to helping me. I needed urgent legal assistance, and he didn’t hesitate, he made himself available for an immediate consultation and I retained him right away because I knew I was in the right hands. Throughout the entire process, Nick handled my case with genuine care, clear communication, and outstanding professionalism, ultimately achieving the best possible outcome. I am beyond grateful and will continue to recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer they can trust without hesitation.

Unauthorized Property Transaction, Power of Attorney Misuse & Legal Concerns I am sharing my experience regarding attorney Mark Gulbranson Jr.'s involvement in an unauthorized and unethical property transaction related to my home. Power of Attorney Misuse & Forgery Case Against My Spouse The problems began in November 2022, when my spouse abused the General Power of Attorney I had granted her for handling my online business. Without my knowledge or consent, she: Purchased a vehicle using my name as the main borrower. Used my Social Security number to apply for multiple loans and credit cards. (I have not yet filed a complaint regarding these, but I intend to.) Forged my signature to create a fake Power of Attorney document. Due to this forged Power of Attorney, the State of New Jersey has filed a forgery case against her, and she is currently facing a pre-indictment conference. Mark Gulbranson Jr.’s Role in an Unauthorized Property Transfer In November 2022, shortly after I informed my spouse that I wanted a divorce, she instructed her entire family—including Mark Gulbranson Jr.'s brother, Eric Gulbranson—to remove me from their Facebook accounts. Everyone complied, meaning that Mark Gulbranson Jr. was well aware that we were separating. Despite this knowledge, and despite the ongoing legal issues regarding my spouse's misuse of my personal and financial information, on January 31, 2023, attorney Mark Gulbranson Jr. facilitated a Quit Claim Deed transaction on my property—without my knowledge or consent. This raises serious ethical and professional concerns regarding: Conflict of interest – Given his ties to my spouse's family, Mark Gulbranson Jr. should have exercised due diligence before proceeding with such a transaction. Lack of due process – He failed to verify my consent before making changes to my property records, despite he personally knowing me and being aware of my separation from my spouse. We even went on vacation together in past. Failure to uphold professional responsibilities – As a legal professional, he had an obligation to ensure that the Power of Attorney was being used properly and ethically. Attorney's Evasive Responses Upon discovering this unauthorized transaction, I personally contacted Mark Gulbranson Jr. by phone. Shockingly: At first, he did not even recognize my spouse’s name, and I had to spend two minutes reintroducing her. When I questioned him about the Quit Claim Deed, he stated that he did not need to inform me because my spouse had a Power of Attorney document. When I asked how much he charged for this transaction, he claimed he did it for free. When I requested copies of the relevant documents, he refused, stating that he does not keep records of his client transactions. An attorney not keeping transaction records involving property transfers is highly unusual and raises additional red flags. Formal Complaint with the New Jersey Bar Association Given that Mark Gulbranson Jr. and his family were fully aware of my separation, his decision to facilitate this transaction despite clear ethical conflicts is highly questionable. I am currently in the process of filing a formal complaint with the New Jersey Bar Association regarding his involvement in this unauthorized and unethical transaction. This experience has been deeply distressing, and I urge others to be extremely cautious when dealing with attorneys who fail to conduct proper due diligence and facilitate transactions without verifying proper consent. Final Warning to Others If you are considering hiring an attorney for legal services, I strongly recommend ensuring that they adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards. Attorneys should protect their clients—not facilitate unauthorized transactions that violate trust and legal responsibility.

Nick Gangemi is a very dishonest attorney. I had the misfortune of retaining him as my attorney, and I absolutely regret it. He was fired once I found out he was caught in a lie. I will be reporting him to the NJ BAR Association for disbarment. I also have proof that he disclosed privileged conversations we had to a third party. Hopefully, he would be disbarred soon. Until then, please do yourselves a favor and do not work with this firm.

We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding support and representation we've received from Attorney Nicholas Gangemi. He has helped guide our family through some very difficult legal matters and I truly don't know where we would be without his calming care, expertise, and clear communication. Nick is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also exceptionally patient and responsive. He always took the time to explain each step of the legal process in a way we could understand, and we never felt left in the dark. His calm, confident presence helped ease our worries, and his commitment to our case was evident from day one. It's rare to find an attorney who combines professionalism, compassion, and competence so seamlessly. Nick truly cares, not just about the case, but about the people involved. We felt heard, respected, and fully supported throughout the entire process. If you're looking for someone who will advocate for you with integrity, clarity, and heart, I cannot recommend Attorney Nicholas Gangemi highly enough. He has been a lifeline for our family, and we are immensely thankful. Additionally, the staff and paralegal team at Attorneys Hartman have been incredibly kind, organized, efficient, and always quick to respond to questions and provide support when we needed it the most. Their warmth and professionalism made a stressful process much more manageable. We're beyond grateful for everything Nick and his team have done for us, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of exceptional legal representation.

I used Katie 15 years ago. Now, I've called numerous attorneys in the area, and ALL said i must go use her now because I because 15 years ago. Ridiculous? Yes. Called Katie 5 times, 5 different days. Has she returned my calls, NO. Is she an unreliable attorney. Most definitely. I would not recommend Katie Hartman. I will find another attorney. Onesl who's returns phone calls for starters

I called and left a message for Michael Mormando and was never called back. I am not sure if the assistants did not relay my message, but if they are this disorganized with a phone message I am not sure I can trust them with my legal matters.

Compassionate and Relentless My son got himself into some trouble in college a couple years ago when he was 18. We initially hired an attorney that was a friend of a family member. After viewing the discovery he told us our best option was a plea deal for 3 years in state prison! He explained that due to the way the law is written, and my son's immediate confession when questioned by police, there was nothing anyone could do to reduce that sentence. We didn't want to accept that deal so we sought different representation, but in the back of our minds we believed that attorney and were devastated. My son had never been in trouble before or since, and was extremely remorseful. I worried how 3 years in state prison would change him. We were introduced to Mike from a police officer friend who told us that Attorney's Hartman was so good he and his fellow officers dreaded having to face them in court. Mike was empathetic from the start. He reviewed our case, listened to our concerns and got right to work. Despite the snail's pace of the courts during the pandemic, and multiple changes in the prosecutor assigned to our case, Mike was relentless in his attempts to negotiate for a better deal and kept us abreast of the situation as it evolved. He was able to have the charge reduced from a 2nd degree to a 3rd degree, and the 3 year state prison sentence reduced to 180 days in county jail. Many lawyers would be very satisfied with that achievement, but Mike didn't rest. Mike argued at sentencing for an even further reduction to no jail component, so well, in fact, that the prosecutor stated in open court that they would not appeal if the judge decided on a reduced sentence with no jail component. The judge ultimately sentenced him to 90 days in county jail followed by probation. Mike still didn't rest. Ten days later my son was released from jail upon admission into a program that Mike facilitated after sentencing. He is the reason my son will be home for the Holidays this year with a newfound gratitude for his second chance. Mike is genuine, capable, kind, diligent, compassionate, skilled, and relentless. He achieved what many other attorneys couldn't, or wouldn't, and my family is eternally grateful.

My best friend's baby mama slapped me with bogus harassment charges in Mount Laurel Township. I retained Mark Gulbranson to defend me. Mark was outstanding at my trial and the verdict was not guilty! The prosecutor would have eaten me alive if Mark Gulbranson was not at the trial representing me. Never go to court without an attorney. I highly recommend retaining Mark Gulbranson for municipal court defense.
