My experience with Gary Popwell was disappointing due to his neglect of key aspects of my case. Despite forwarding medical bills to his office and being unemployed, I was never informed about filing my medical insurance just told to setup payment arrangements. As a result, a $20,000 ER bill went to collections, and I never even received the bill because it was sent to the attorney's office. The attorney's office failed to notify me in time to file with my insurance. Additionally, after providing documentation for counseling and surgery related to the accident at the request of opposing counsel, these bills were never included in the disputed medical fees, which negatively impacted my settlement. When I expressed dissatisfaction with his services, Gary became disrespectful, telling me that, as an accountant, I should have known these things. His lack of attention to detail led to unnecessary financial consequences.
