Insurance companies are a joke! They happily take your money but that 1 time in your life that you file a claim, they deny it!! Dan and Robbie made sure the insurance company was held accountable! These people genuinely care about the outcome of your case! Highly recommend!!

Quite possibly the most useless law firm around. Not only do they not inform you correctly of your statue of limitations professionally but they expect you to do their job for them. This law firm is absolutely unreliable to do their job as well, and when given the right tools to do their job will be lazy and unreliable. If you absolutely do not want results then go with these guys because that's what you'll get. When they say lawyers or liars this law firm will absolutely have you give you every reason to believe it. If I could give a negative star rating I would. They're also too lazy to help with settlement loans due to their lack of work ethic to be able to get enough evidence collected to do so. I'm glad we never paid them a single cent because they're not worth it.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I’m so disappointed. This office took our insurance claim in April of 2021. It is not yet fully resolved (Dec 2023). There was no communication unless I requested follow-up, and the legal documents I have received have all had errors like the spelling of my first name after 2+yrs of being a client, as well as documents I needed notarized with incorrect information.

The Augustyn law office represented me in a personal injury case. My case was handled very professionally and I was informed of what to expect each step of the way. It took a lot of perseverance to resolve my case and I was extremely happy with the outcome.
