Auxmiller Lomax represented me on a. Workers comp case. I was happy with the results and their representation.

I retained Aaron Aumiller to handle my feca claim. My claim had already been accepted at this point. After returning to work, I initially had a few mishaps with my ca7's being processed and holiday pay resulting in loss of wages. I reached out to the firm for assistance and left a v.m. I received an email about a survey so I rated them 2 stars because I was still waiting for weeks and hadn't gotten any return calls. A week later Aaron calls me and says he's not representing me any further because I left a 2 star review. Very unprofessional, instead of apologizing for the delays, he chose to not further represent me. He also told me that getting my right shoulder added to my claim wouldn't happen because owcp doesn't acknowledge Claims for overcompensation. Which he was wrong about because upon reviewing my ecomp file, it has been accepted as of yesterday, 2/17/26.! I think I'll continue to represent myself since I've come this far on my own. Thanks for Nothing Aumiller Lomax. ❤️

I used this Law firm for a federal workman’s comp case and it was the best decision I could have made. Aaron and his staff are very knowledgeable in OWCP rules and answered all my questions right away anytime I emailed. The definitely made the process for me so much easier. They were able to get my urgent surgery approved in one day after it had been denied twice. They did all the leg work that was needed for me to get paid while I was out and after with my scheduled award. Federal workman’s comp is terrible, I feel you do need a powerful law firm on your side to advocate for you and Aumiller Lomax is just that! I highly recommend using them for any on the job injury.
