I had a great experience consulting with Ty'Queese at Rob Wiley P.C. She truly took the time to listen to the details of my situation and provided clear, actionable advice. She understood my situation and went above and beyond by providing excellent references for other resources. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an honest and helpful employment consultation.

Confused how an Employee Attorney charges $250 for a CONSULTATION... if people are calling you there's a good chance it's because of wrongful termination or held paychecks...

As employment lawyers, they should be working on contingency. But these greedy people don't care about the actual people they represent and charge $250 just for a consultation.

***PLEASE READ*** If you're reading this it is not by chance. You're likely starting a journey that is hard to navigate and IS OVERWHELMING. It pays to be skeptical in a world full of misinformation, predatory opportunism, and manipulation... If you're reading this RELAX because your journey just got a lot eaiser... My experience with Cameron Hansen was more than a good experience, it completely changed my perspective on lawyers and the people within our society. At no point did my experience feel transactional, instead it felt as if a long time family friend that was lawyer was helping you. I can’t thank him enough, to be treated in such a genuine and authentic way was a blessing during a really hard time. It was a great experience to meet you Mr. Hansen and I hope you continue to help others the same way you handle things with my case. Thank you.

Miss Wheeler was wonderful to speak with. She was knowledgeable and helpful in putting things into perspective. She gave us options and that was really valuable to us in making a decision moving forward.

I had a consultation with attorney Thomas Brockland, and I was really impressed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. He didn’t rush me or talk over me — just gave honest, straightforward advice and really seemed to care about helping. I left the consultation feeling a lot more informed and confident about what to do next. Definitely recommend him if you need someone who knows their stuff and treats you with respect.

I met with Kalandra this morning and she was amazing. She listened to my concerns, meticulously explained the process, and showed care and empathy for my situation.

Thomas Brockland was very considerate, passionate, knowledgeable, and professional. He listened to what we had to say, then explained the law to us and what could happen legally. His honesty was very appreciated. Would most definitely recommend.

I spent years fighting a retaliation case with Austin Employment Lawyers, P.C., and I walked away deeply disappointed , not only with the settlement itself, but with how little protection I received in the end. I felt pressured into accepting a settlement far below what I was fighting for. After that, 40% went straight to attorney fees, and then over 30% was taken in taxes because of how the settlement was categorized. What I was left with didn’t come close to reflecting the time, energy, and stress I invested over several years. The worst part? My former employer never filed my W-2 with the IRS/SSA, a clear act of retaliation that has frozen my tax refund for months. When I went back to Austin Employment Lawyers, P.C. for help, their response was dismissive, essentially saying “not our problem.” No guidance, no support, just silence while I continue dealing with the fallout. This shows a serious lack of foresight. A strong employment law firm should know retaliation doesn’t stop just because you sign a settlement, and they should build protections into the agreement to guard against exactly this kind of tactic. Austin Employment Lawyers, P.C. didn’t. If you are considering them, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. A settlement should bring closure and security, not leave you vulnerable to more retaliation while your lawyers wash their hands of the matter. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened to me.

Stay away, this place is a total scam, I paid $150 for a consultation, they provided me with a zoom link that did not work and when I c all to reschedule they said I had to pay an extra 75$ fee. Stay away

Prior to meeting Mr. Thomas Brockland for a consultation, I had not understood the current state of my Notice of Right To Sue form the EEOC. In literally minutes, Thomas was able to convey to me the risks, the possibilities and a defined comprehension of all of the elements from a high level. Thank you Thomas, I have made my decision.

I was referred to Thomas Brockland in regards to my issue between TWC and my former employer and I am so glad I did!! I don't believe I could have resolved it without his representation! I highly recommend him to anyone! He is courteous, professional, reliable, and efficient!

I call to get a consultation and I was asked to pay 200$ over the phone just to book an appointment, before they even heard about my case
