My attorney brother-in-law referred me to Avant Law Firm. I had such a positive experience with them and wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to them. My accident happened in September 2021 when I was rear-ended, my nine-month-old brand new car was deemed a total loss, and I suffered severe back injuries. Anjel got the at-fault driver's insurance to tender their policy limits almost immediately but it wasn't enough to cover the bills for my ongoing injuries. I had very high policy limits under my Uninsured/Under-Insured Motorist coverage so she made a demand on my insurance carrier. The amount they offered was pitiful, and we had to file suit. A few months before our trial date, we went to mediation and I really saw Anjel in action. Her research and rebuttal skills were excellent, but still not a good settlement offer. After my deposition and after Anjel taking their first expert doctor's deposition, my insurance carrier finally offered my total policy limits, two months before our trial date. Throughout the process, which took about a year, Anjel and her staff were always available and responded to emails and phone calls immediately. She never stopped fighting for what I rightfully deserved.
