We have used Dana Ball for years for our small business, she's provided fantastic assistance in regards to writing up contracts, advice dealing with client issues, as well as overall structuring and everyday operations with our business. I have not been able to get a hold of her lately, however I hope she is still doing business, as she does a wonderful job and we'd love to continue working with her in the future.

Seems like this company may be out of business? We have paid months ago and communicated weekly (often multiple times per week) with little (saying we they would be in touch soon) to no response. We've also booked calls only to be the only ones in the Zoom waiting for 30 minutes. HAPPY to update this if we ever get a response and our deliverables.

Wonderful experience, from end to end.

We gave Dana the required full payment up front in February and filled out the onboarding documents a week after that. Since then, we have experienced complete radio silence. No updates, no news on next steps, no returned phone calls or emails. Worst customer service I've ever experienced from any organization. I'd like a refund but am being completely ghosted...

I think this company (and Dana Bell) are no longer in business. Had a great consultation a month ago and zero communication since, after multiple calls & emails. The phone number is now disconnected so I guess something happened to close the business without telling any of their clients or potential ones. It’s unfortunate because we had a good first impression and they had great reviews. Would’ve been nice to have a clue something was happening so we could look elsewhere instead of wasting our time. Don’t waste your time trying to book an appointment. Hopefully they at least pull down their website & google info soon.

Worst customer service, I scheduled a consultation which went well, Dana told me that she would be sending me some emails to get things going and instructions for my business prep. After that I have not heard from her again. I have called several times only to get a voice message, I emailed her several times as well with no response. I guess they're too good for me.

Total run around to speak to an attorney. The guy who answered the phone had twenty questions I really didn’t want to answer.

I was very impressed with Dana Ball the first time we met. Her focus in the initial consultation was on giving the education and information we needed not on selling us on her service. It was evident that she has a great deal of expertise in business law but treats each of her clients with respect. Avanta has set fees for each of their services and we were told upfront how much our bill would be. This took a lot of the anxiety for us out of hiring an attorney because we will receive no surprise bill at the end. We were very impressed and will continue to recommend Avanta to others.

I am a new business owner and Dana spent the time with me that made me feel very confident in her advice. I love that she doesn’t charge by the hour and there is a set price. She is very transparent and I trusted her immediately.

I don't know what I was truly expecting when I set up an appointment with Dana but anything that I had in the back of my mind was blown away. I was still in the process of setting up my LLC and she answered questions I did not even know I had. Dana is extremely practical and knowledgeable concerning business law and I would highly recommend her to anybody!

I have called them multiple times and every single time I have to repeat all of my information to 3 different receptionist. They kept telling me that I will receive a call within 24hrs. It has been more than 24 hours and still no one has reached out to me. Seems like this place doesn't know how to manage their time or keep records properly.
