As we just started working together I can only say that it has gotten off to a great start. Chantal has been very helpful and kind and has been keeping me informed promptly. Thank you Avard Law and Chantal for helping me get what I should have been given in the first place!
Update they are amazing, but I just recently received an invoice for 30.00 . For fees and paperwork. I’m super appreciative they won my case but they received a decent chunk of my 20,000 back pay . They’re a great law firm but be ready to be in nickled and dimed. Loved them Doug was my attorney and he did an amazing job . Dianna was my case worker and she was very attentive ! Answered questions fast and was very personable. Got my case approved super quick and easy . No hassles for me.
You want approved then go here !!
Paola I loved 🥰 she’s the best 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠
Thank you very much, you were very helpful and very kind.
Super
I liked talking to Debbie about my legal issues - she was helpful and kind and made everything easier.
Debbie was helpful - just generally very kind and knowledgeable, and willing to work with me to make my legal process smoother.
Avard Law is very professional, and is quick to reply back if there is any question about your case.
Any ordeal that transpires over a 3 year period can be difficult. However, that is not the case with Kimberly Cook and Mike Sexton as they took on my daughter's case of applying for disability through Social Security. Once I understood the paperwork they needed from a myriad of doctors, therapists, former employers and psychiatrists, I was able to go to work and compile what they needed. If any piece of information was missing or needed further explanation, Ms. Cook and Mr. Sexton were there to walk me through it and together we went to work on obtaining it. Kimberly was always available and willing to (cheerfully) give me an update on the progress. I never felt as if I was bothering her and she made me feel as if my daughter's case was of high importance to her -- always having the details at her fingertips. When my daughter failed to show for her first hearing, Mike handled it with ease and grace assuring me that sometimes this happens with clients suffering a mental illness and we would continue supporting her needs in this effort. However this case turns out, I have full faith and confidence that Avard and these two individuals specifically gave it 150%. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to let you know.
I spent 45mins pouring my heart out and having to rehash everything I watched my daughter go thru. Having to do that is a horrific nightmare for me and I can't wake up. The young lady I spoke with said I shld expect a call in about 2 days. A week and half later, I call back and they tell me they sent me information via email/DocuSign to fill out. How am I supposed to know this is their process. How do I know to expect anything in my email that cld have gone in to my spam/junk folder. Also, if you haven't heard back from someone that obviously needs help and has no idea what they're doing, you cld just do a follow up call. I am now left guessing they're too busy for me or my daughter. I'm sure they're very good at what they do, but I will never know. Thank you, Stacy & Alexis Schrock
Staff member Peggy was extremely helpful when I called with many questions. She went above and beyond my expectations and provided me with competent and much appreciated answers and help.
