Fort Lauderdale, FL
If I could rate this office a negative zero I would. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone. If you're looking for a good law firm this office is not it. If I would've read their reviews on Google and yelp I wouldn't have never. They messed up my case, the attorney had no type of urgency not even when he speaks. You can never speak with the attorney, this is just the worst law office ever.
Dear KING TJ

I have carefully reviewed our data base and have never represented you (unless under a different name than you use on this posting). I would be pleased to speak to you about any case you may have as it appears you may have confused our firm with some other law office. Please call anytime.
After doing much research for a law firm to handle my VA appeal cases, I decided to go with Avard Law Offices. So far I have been extremely impressed with everyone that I have spoken with. They are very excisable and kept me informed at where we stand throughout the process. I just received an email that one of my appeals has been won and I look forward to more successes. I would highly recommend Avard Law Offices to any Veteran who has been denied your claim, even if you have been denied multiple times. They truly fight for you. Joe Margolis Sr.
Debra was extremely prompt and helpful to get us started.
I can't thank Avard law enough for their unwavering support and expertise in navigating my VA disability claim. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the complex process, Bill William, Paralegal always kept me informed, and fought tirelessly to ensure I received the benefits I deserved. Their compassion and dedication to veterans truly made a difference in my life. I highly recommend them to any veteran seeking legal assistance with their VA claims.
I am very pleased with the assistance and guidance I received from Avard Law Office. After receiving 10% from the VA after numerous claims, I was destroyed and knew I was cheated out of a higher rating. After extensive research, I hired Avard Law in January 2021 and started the appeal process. Deborah Wainey kept me in the loop at every step of the way. Through patience and perseverance during the grueling appellate process, I was recently awarded 60% disability and a substantial backpay from the time of working with Avard Law. Now the process starts to increase that number - with Avard Law Office, I am confident I will succeed.
Absolute professionals! They are saving the lives of Veterans every day. Thank you Deborah!
My disabled toddler was denied SSI and our family really needed help for her needs. I was so appreciative for Avard Law Offices for taking the time to listen and showed care for my daughters needs. Debra was so helpful in answering all my questions. I am so grateful for her to act immediately and to have them be there to help and assist my little one.
VETERANS STAY AWAY. They’ll slow walk your claim for the back pay. They’ll write misleading withdrawal letters if you drop them so other firms won’t take your case and you get stuck with them. THEY ARE ABUSIVE. There’s a reason that they’re rated so low on both Yelp and Find Law.
ON THE SPOT !!!!
Very Professional
Paola is very good I am very happy
I really like their intake worker Debbie! She was super helpful and kind and made my legal process smoother.
My experience with this company was really good. Helpful and passionate staff!
DO NOT GO HERE !!! I am 28 years old I called them about a year ago and have proof of my Inquiry. I sent them my social security info and they told me i didn't qualify for disability because i didn't have all 40 work credits. Only to find out I have more than enough work credits, because there are age brackets and under 30 years old only need less than half of that. I just got approved without their help. HOW do disability attorneys not know this info, they lost out on a client but I'm glad I didn't go here if they don't know how disability actually works. Such a shame. I missed out on over a year of benefits because they had no idea what they were talking about. Edited to add since you replied: this is my middle name and I have proof of my exchange with your office through email, if you would like to look me up on your system my first name is Alisha my middle name is Brook. I am appalled at what you are insinuating, clearly none of that is true since I was approved right away. Also before you accuse someone of lying I would have all the facts together so you don't make yourself look even worse. I think this was simply an unfortunate mistake made by your company, but being unable to own up to mistakes and instead accusing someone of lying showed more about who you are than you probably intended.
Mr./Ms. “Brook.” Your allegations are simply false. Since you have chosen to use a fake name it is difficult to respond to your allegations. I can tell you that a review of our files going back 2 years shows that the only cases we declined representation on in your alleged age range was either because the person was ineligible, was incarcerated or was in-patient in a drug/alcohol facility. Work credits only applies to one type of disability so we never would have declined a case solely based on lack of credits.
Dejora was very helpful, she’s amazing! The best!
