Attorney Willie Scott is an attorney. To be 100% if you want an attorney who doesn’t respond within 48 hours and doesn’t include you in the progression of a case, you will love him. I didn’t know about any proceedings the majority of my time with him as my attorney. I didn’t know about the deposition until 2 weeks beforehand. Luckily my supervisor is a logically sound person and approved my leave. We made it to summary judgement and I was told directly by Willie Scott that he will send me a draft of “our” response but never did. I put “our” in quotes because I never approved or denied the final draft he submitted in response to Mercedes-Benz attorneys summary judgement. I would call Willie Scott numerous times, leave voicemails, send emails, and submit something to the portal. No responses until it’s been over 48 hours or nothing at all. Once I had to edit a Google review to get him to reply to my question. So I do not recommend Willie Scott if you want communication of your own case. All I can really say is Willie Scott is an attorney. Sadly timely communication is not his best, which I believe timeliness of big in law. I left it at 5 stars because no one reads “2” he’s not TERRIBLE but 2/5.

Mr Scott was eager to assist when he learned of my claim. Throughout the process the communication remained clear. My case was resolved fairly and I was well compensated.

At first I didn’t think my case would be taken by anybody but when Mr.Scott a member of Aventus Law Firm reached out to me and he assured me that the way a certain company treated me was abominable as in they didn’t care about their employees, the treatment as in management was horrible, and multiple employees from that company would agree as I was informed by many when I started. This is the best lawyer I have ever had he took time out reviewed my case and helped me out a lot because me being a victim of molestation it was very difficult for me to even work with other women especially if I felt like they showed entrance in me in any sort because I never want to experience this again and thanks to Mr Scott I'm able to not focus on such a traumatizing situation

Attorney Willie Scott is very unprofessional. We had a scheduled consultation and he skipped out on meeting without notifying me. He didn't bother to cancel or reschedule. I emailed him to follow-up and he didn't bother to even respond. If this is any indication of how Aventus Law operates... I would recommend taking business elsewhere.
