Title: Experience with Avenue Law APC Intake Process I am writing about my experience with Avenue Law APC’s intake process. Limited Public Information Avenue Law APC does not appear to maintain a dedicated firm website with attorney bios or case results. Public information about the firm and its attorneys is limited to third-party directories and review sites. Failed Scheduled Consultation An intake coordinator confirmed a consultation scheduled for 3:30 PM. No communication was made to decline engagement prior to that time. The firm did not confirm the consultation on the day of the appointment and made no further contact regarding the consultation status or rescheduling. Refused Joint Consultation I provided written client authorization for a joint consultation. The intake coordinator refused the request, citing privilege concerns. After I reiterated that authorization had been provided, no alternative options (such as a limited joint call or follow-up call) were offered. Lack of Engagement Clarification Despite hours of intake communication, the firm never informed me whether it would accept or decline the matter. I was left without any clear engagement decision. Alleged Retaliation for This Review After I posted this review on Google, Michael stated in writing and during a video conversation—in the presence of a witness (name withheld)—that if I did not remove the review, he would retaliate against my business. I have preserved the witness identity.

After an issue with my employer arose, I reached out to a friend who recommended Michael. I got great results in a timely manner. Aside from that, he's a joy to work with and truly cares about his clients. I highly recommend this business.
