I can sincerely say that Avery Archer is the best in the business! I hired him in a family law case for a custody modification. He takes each case and client as his personal responsibility, and as the name of his firm is his own, what you see is what you get—you actually get Avery Archer, not disregarded and passed off to a paralegal or lower-level attorney. I have worked in family law with many attorneys in the past, so I’ve seen a breadth of different styles and personalities. I also hired (and fired) an attorney immediately prior to hiring Avery. The first attorney couldn’t have been more of a 180-degree difference—chronically unavailable and uninvolved, never knew the facts of my case, left everything to his paralegal, and when he was involved he was rude to me and to opposing counsel, which creates unnecessary contention and strife for all parties. A total contrast, Avery is genuine, tactful, and focuses on reason and goals instead of showy tactics and intimidation. His impressive credentials show his commitment and ability, and working with him directly reveals his genuine character and level-headed demeanor. He truly listens and responds with care. His availability by text, email, and phone was exceptional. If he can’t answer or get back to you right away, you can schedule a meeting with him in a very reasonable amount of time. You can always send over information or questions without him making you feel like you are demanding or irritating to him. He’s happy to attend to his client’s needs and strives to meet expectations while giving his honest and intuitive feedback. It’s never cheap to have to hire representation—but there are attorneys who are a waste of money and an exploitative drain on your finances. There are so many positive things I have to say about this attorney but the thing that stands out to me was his availability. He was available through email, phone, and even text message. We received emails time stamped at 2:30am so the man didn’t mind putting in the hours for us. With our case, tensions were high but Mr. Archer was calm, cool, collected, professional, prepared, and ensured the evidence and questioning were exactly what was needed to ensure justice was served to the other party. If you are looking for someone who is dedicated, compassionate, and motivated to right the wrongs… you have found the right firm!!
