Jim Avery is a stand up business man. He reached out to me to offer advice after learning of an accident that my son was involved in with an insurance agent that had caused the accident and was trying to shift blame onto my 17 year old son. The accident was minor and not one of which a lawyer needed to be involved in. Even after finding this out Jim was more than happy to converse with me and offer advice when there was no reason he needed to. He even went out of his way to answer a text with questions I had since the insurance companies send paperwork that is in their best interests to he signed. Just the reassurance that he willingly offered knowing there was nothing in it for him I am very grateful for. Especially in a world today where no one wants to help anyone out.
