Pleasantly surprised to find an attorney who perfectly fit my obscure needs: someone who is registered to practice law in both MN AND CA. And Avisen had David Peteler. This guy knows his stuff for the somewhat new Bitcoin and blockchain space of start-ups that I'm heavily involved in. What he doesn't know he learns fast! He has handled everything from simple leases, cap tables, to very complex negotiations and obscure business details. Here is an example that really stands out, he tries to make long, legalese, mumbo-jumbo easily understood in the contracts he prepares. That is a rare skill among lawyers!
