“Ms. Ruth Pack Adler represented someone very dear to me and was exceptional throughout the process. She was professional, gentle with the child, always available, and thoroughly prepared. Thanks to her, the child avoided expulsion for an act of self‑defense. No surprises, clear guidance, and truly money well spent to protect a child’s education. Thank you, Ms. Ruth!”

We couldn’t have asked for a better advocate. As parents, we didn’t fully understand our rights. Ruth Pack-Adler helped clarify everything and walk us through the process. She guided us through working with the school and another school district, and was always there for last-minute Zoom meetings. Ruth is clearly well respected, even the lawyer representing the district had great things to say about her. We’re so appreciative of all her help.

Danielle has been an absolute blessing to our family. Over the past four years, she has stood with us through more than 10 IEP meetings, and I can honestly say we would not be where we are today without her. What sets Danielle apart — beyond her deep knowledge and skill — is her pace and responsiveness. When you’re navigating special education, timing matters. Emotions run high, deadlines matter, and delays can cost your child opportunities. Danielle moves quickly, but never carelessly. She responds promptly, schedules meetings in advance, and makes sure we are fully prepared before walking into any room. That level of organization and urgency gave us confidence and peace of mind. As a military family, we also had involvement from a JAG advocate through military support. Danielle worked seamlessly alongside our JAG representative, coordinating strategy and communication without ego — just a shared focus on doing what was best for our son. That level of professionalism and teamwork was incredibly reassuring. There were times when the school failed to provide her with documents in advance, yet she was still able to walk in and advocate effectively on the spot. She was instrumental in ensuring the school could not deny an ETR, and she consistently held the line when it came to our son’s rights. Personally, her communication is my favorite thing about working with her. She answers emails, texts, and calls in a timely manner, and she explains things clearly and calmly. Professionally, she can absolutely hold her own in any room. She rolls with the big dogs — and she does it with confidence and class. If you are a parent struggling to navigate autism or special education services, I wholeheartedly recommend Danielle. We have already referred her to multiple families, and we will continue to do so. We are deeply grateful for her advocacy.

I give AW Law my highest possible recommendation. They represented our family in a case to secure our son’s access to public school wrestling in Pennsylvania. Throughout the process, they were professional, responsive, thoughtful, and thorough — and ultimately achieved a successful outcome. As a lawyer myself, I have worked with many attorneys over the years, and the team at AW Law (especially Kathi) truly stands out. They are a cut above. You will be hard-pressed to find a better team to represent you!

Danielle stepped in to help our family navigate concerns we had regarding my son’s education. With her guidance and expertise, we were able to secure extended school year services and compensatory services that he deserved. Danielle also helped us advocate for additional IEP goals and a placement that allows him access to his non-disabled peers. The IEP process can be incredibly intimidating, and attending multiple meetings with therapists, teachers, and school administrators is overwhelming. Having someone by your side who truly understands special education law and can confidently speak on behalf of your child makes an enormous difference. Danielle’s knowledge, professionalism, and advocacy gave us clarity, confidence, and results. We are so grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to any family navigating special education services.

I cannot recommend Ruth Pack-Adler more. From the first phone call she made me feel at ease and supported. She took great care of my daughter’s case and cared about her as a person after the case had ended. I would hire her again and I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

We have worked with AW Law, specifically Renee Stromski, for the last 2 years to settle a couple issues with our public school district. The manner in which our school district treated our son was very painful and difficult. We didn't know what to do or how to make the situation right. Renee was thoughtful and supportive in the legal advice she gave and helped us navigate some hard decisions. In the end she helped us reach a settlement with the district. We are so grateful to Renee and highly recommend to anyone needing legal assistance.

Ms Ruth was absolutely caring and awesome in helping our student who was denied recognition of their Autism, or intervention when he was bullied by other student and teacher. I can not express how horrible the school administration was, but she persisted and got them to recognize his diagnosis and transfer to another school to avoid further trauma. She was a wealth of information on student/parent rights that the school kept from us.

We have had to use AW Law twice for our child's education/health issues. They were fantastic both times. Ruth, Danielle, and Jessica were all great to work with.

In a federal case brought against a school district, Mark Weiker and his team were excellent. He clearly communicated our litigation strategy and took deliberate steps to reach a favorable outcome. Mark and his team are experts in the area of education law. I couldn’t have asked for more helpful attorneys and they were amazing in every aspect . They were always available to speak or got back to me in a very timely manner.

Mark Weiker represented me over a period of three years leading to him filing (and later settling) a complex Title IX case in federal court. The case was filed against my former high school, its administration and coaches. Mark clearly communicated the steps we needed to take in each phase of the litigation, anticipated moves that the opposing attorneys would make, and exercised a great deal of patience over many years to reach a great result. I would highly recommend Mark and his firm, as they handled everything from before the federal case was filed through the end of litigation. His experience in education law made the difference for me and my family.

Danielle did a great job helping me get my son a good IEP plan for him. She really cared and advocated. I appreciate the help navigating the school system because trying by yourself is so hard to not be so emotionally involved that you can’t advocate efficiently. Danielle really made the process so much easier. Thank you Danielle!
