When there’s a traumatic event and your family is suddenly faced with uncertainty, having to find a lawyer was not always one’s first instinct. A great firm helping me out with Workers Compensation. Christian Ayers worked hard on my case and was down to earth, very supportive and caring. Attorney Ayers helped me navigate the workers comp system from start to finish due to a debilitating nerve injury. All while the insurance company was trying not to pay for treatment, medication and care. He held them to the fire and made sure it was paid for and taken care of. He would even call and check up on me from time to time when things were dragging out (lasted ~7 years). From my experience (can't speak for anyone else) they take pride in what they do, you're not just a paycheck. I got hurt at work a couple years ago where I required an elbow and shoulder surgery. I tried my best to deal with Workmen’s Compensation. I stated to them that I should get compensated for both surgeries. They said that they were only paying for one. I went to John Ayres and he said that he would try his best to work the case.
